Copywriting: A Tale of Two Faces

So the client is launching a new sub-brand and is pretty proud of their new logo. They want their social media presence to mirror this. Simple enough, right? There’s a catch though – the vintage serif fonts that are all the rage now have caught their eye, and any creative eye will agree, they don’t exactly jive.

Challenge accepted! We cooked up two distinct looks for a two-pronged attack. Branded posts became all about the benefits, with clear calls to action that screamed “click here!” Meanwhile, the non-branded stuff leaned into education, positioning them as the real estate guru everyone needs on their side.

So the client happy because they got the best of both worlds: a branded voice that converted and an educational persona that uplifted the brand and built trust. Shortly after, I learned that this branding work not only generated leads, but also allowed them to increase their asking fees by 26%!
